SIMFONI brings together the three public healthcare clusters to establish a standardised minimum dataset for healthcare foundation model development in Singapore.

Our work focuses on data harmonisation, quality assurance and governance, ensuring that datasets used for model training are consistent, representative and fit for purpose. This foundational effort enables scalable AI development while supporting ethical use, interoperability and future clinical deployment.
