About Prof Kenneth Kwek

Prof Kenneth Kwek is Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (Digital and Future Health) of Singapore Health Services (SingHealth). He was concurrently the CEO of Singapore General Hospital from 2018 until January 2025. Kenneth is a champion of innovation, leading to a cluster-wide service transformation by improving the quality of patient care and harnessing process re-engineering, innovation and technology to enhance safety and reliability of clinical care and patient outcomes. He oversees Digital Health and is deeply involved in its conceptualisation and implementation across SingHealth. He is committed to leveraging digital technologies and future-proofing emerging data infrastructure and architecture to extract greater value for patients and our healthcare system.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, SGH and DGCEO (Digital and Future Health), Prof Kwek was the CEO of KK Women's and Children's Hospital. He is an obstetrician specialising in Maternal Fetal Medicine, with a clinical interest centred around care for high-risk pregnancies, particularly preterm labour, cervical incompetence, pre-eclampsia as well as post-partum haemorrhage.
