Mr Philip Ong (Chairman)

Mr Philip Ong graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History. In 2006 he received a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.

He has served in the Public Service Division in the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, the National Research Foundation, and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. He is currently Deputy Secretary (Development) at the Ministry of Health.
